Light Block is a vanilla item in minecraft that is normally available only in creative.
To allow players to create special effects, MCV is experimenting with allowing these to be used for creative purposes.
These are also awarded as vote rewards and possibly sold for mcv coins.

- Each create lets you choose 1 full stack of any light strength.
